Payment: 50% payment of all entries must be made with the submission of this form to hold your spot(s). Space is limited and spots will NOT be held without deposit. Remaining balance due the morning of the events.

Morning Session: 9:00 – 12:00: “ON IT….BREAK IT” $250.00
Afternoon Session: 1:00-3:00+: “PROBLEM SHOT….NO PROBLEM” $175.00
Both Session Special $350.00

$500.00 6 Man Squad
$75.00 Jr. Shooter (Under 18) fee
